We host daily online auctions featuring hundreds of mixed merchandise items. Each auction closes every evening. When an auction ends, you'll receive a notification letting you know which lots you've won. Once bids are placed there is no way to cancel a bid online. You will have to reach out to our customer service to help resolve a bid made in error.

A max bid is the highest amount you're willing to pay for a lot. Our system will automatically bid on your behalf up to your max bid amount, so you don't have to monitor the auction continuously.

A buyer's premium is an additional fee added to the winning bid price. It covers administrative and operational costs. The buyer's premium percentage is displayed on each auction listing.

Bid extensions prevent last-second sniping. If a bid is placed within the final minutes of an auction, the closing time is automatically extended, giving all bidders a fair chance to respond.

Winners have a set number of days to pick up their items at our facility. You will receive a pickup notification with the address and available hours. Items not picked up within the deadline may be forfeited.

We offer tax exemptions for qualifying resellers. Please contact our customer service with your reseller certificate before placing bids. Volume discounts may be available for registered business accounts.
